Founded in 1999 by Doyle Potts, the company is now managed and owned by his two sons, Hunter and Bailey Potts. Growing up in the industry, Hunter and Bailey learned the trade from their father, who spent decades working as a subcontractor before deciding to start his own business.
With a few initial contracts, Doyle took a bold step to establish Potts Concrete, working tirelessly to build the company into one of the leading concrete contractors in North Texas. Today, Potts Concrete stands as a testament to his vision, dedication, and the hard work that continues to shape the company's success.
Hunter and Bailey officially joined the family business in 2007, eager to contribute to the legacy their father had built. Doyle Potts, knowing that true leadership comes from understanding every facet of the business, started them at the ground level. The brothers quickly adapted, leveraging their upbringing in the concrete industry to thrive.
After years of hands-on experience and mastering every aspect of the company, Hunter and Bailey rose through the ranks to management. When Doyle retired in 2021, it was a natural next step for the brothers to take ownership and continue Potts Concrete’s legacy as its new leaders.

As Hunter and Bailey looked ahead to expand and focus more on commercial construction, they knew they had a strong foundation to build on—a legacy of excellence that they were determined to continue.
In just three short years, Hunter and Bailey have tripled sales and doubled the size of the workforce. The company has significantly expanded its service area and experienced rapid growth in commercial services.
